Jordan’s toast on jam update:
I’ve been holding off an announcement until everything was finalized, but since I kind of let the cat out of the bag in an earlier post I thought I would make it official:
I’ll be at Vancouver Farmers Markets this summer. I’m pretty happy that I got in to the VFM, as not everyone gets in via criteria filtering. The process and learning curve have been interesting.
My website www.jordansjam.com (a new website is currently under construction) has all the dates and locations for the Vancouver Farmers Market I’ll be attending. June 15th at Main St Market and June 16th at the Yale Town location.
I’m currently selling 3 kinds of jam in two different sizes:
- Rhubarb $3.50 (125mL) $7 (250mL) after April 5th
- BBQ Jam $7 (125mL) $14 (250mL)
- Kiwi $7 (250mL)
More flavors (peach, plum, strawberry, tayberry, apricot, cranberry, etc…) will be added as the summer season progresses. I locally source the fruit for the jam and make it with organic produce when possible. Ingredients are provided on each jam jar label, if you have any questions about the jam don’t hesitate to ask.
At Jordan’s Jam we are also very big on environmental consciousness and recycling is a big part of that. If you purchase a jar of Jordan’s Jam and bring back the jar you will receive $1 off your next purchase of Jordan’s Jam.
Ordering outside of Farmers Markets
If you can’t make it to the Vancouver Farmers Market or don’t live in the Lower Mainland, but would like some Jordan’s Jam you can email me at email@example.com and make an order. I often make the journey to Vancouver Island to visit family and friends and can let you know when I’m on my way over. I will also be making runs back and forth to the Okanagan and Fraser Valley over the summer too.
